Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions arriving in my inbox:

Q: I am an owner/participant of a PSP group. Can we use your artwork for greation of tags, tubes and/or signatures for personal/learning use only? or Can I use one of your images as an icon on a discussion board/forum? or Can I use one of your images in my blog design? or Can I use one of your images in a blog post?

A: I am happy to allow my work to be used for personal, non-profit use, however, images must not be altered (although objects such as people may be used without their respective backgrounds. I also require a name and copyright credit and link, and please note that any work owned by a third party (as indicated througout my portfolio) should not be used without specific permission in case of copyright infringement. I cannot allow use of my images on sites or in relation to topics of questionable subject matter (pornography, politics, strong language, racial hatred, etc). If you're not sure, please ask. Lastly, please save images to your site - do not deep link images from my site and steal my bandwidth. I reserve the right to decline the use of any image for any reason.

Q: Can I license your work and sell your image as posters, on t-shirts, greeting cards, etc...

A: Various licensing opportunites are available and I would be more than happy to discuss your proposal. Please email me with your information.

Q: Will you draw a picture of my wife/child/dog, etc...

A: I would be more than happy to work on your private commission. Please email with the details of your commission for specific information.

How the Program Works:
The Referral Rewards Program is our way of thanking customers and fans for their support. Whether you have worked directly with Amy De Wolfe Illustration or not, you are eligible to earn valuable cash rewards and discounts. As you read on our banner page, every time you refer someone to us for illustration or design work, we will award you with your choice of either a cash gift of 10% of their paid total from their first invoice, or a discount of 20% of their fee discounted from the cost of your next project. That means, if your referral pays $300 for their first project, you will receive either $30 in cash, or a $60 discount off of the cost of your next project. There is no limit to how many reward referrals you can receive, so be sure to refer as many people or businesses as you like to Amy De Wolfe Illustration for their personal or professional illustration and graphic design needs! We appreciate your interest in helping our business grow!

How to Let Us Know You've Referred:
We can only reward referrers we are aware of, and to do that, we need your help! If you have referred a potential client to us, please send us an email letting us know your name and contact information and the name of the person or business you are referring and your relationship with them, if any. Alternatively, you can also ask the referred party to mention that they were referred by you when they contact us.

Your Rewards:
Once we have completed our work with the new client, and they have paid their invoice in full, we will contact you to let you know the amount of your cash gift or discount, and we will ask which reward you prefer. Cash gifts will be paid via Paypal within 2 weeks of receipt of your account information, but generally payments are made right away! If you do not have a Paypal account, and you do not wish to open one, you will be paid by personal cheque in Canadian Funds. Receipt of your payment will be dependent on the mail, but most cheques should arrive within 8 weeks. We do not guarantee delivery time. If you would like to use another form of payment, we can be flexible, but any additional cost will be deducted from your reward amount.

Who Qualifies as a Referral for the Purposes of Referral Rewards?
Any first-time client who has been referred by a third party is considered a qualifying referral for rewards. This person can be a friend, relative, colleague, or even just someone who reads your blog. This can also be a business referral.

You Will Not Receive a Reward for Referring a Client If:
- we have worked with this client (person or business entity) before
- if the client's project is cancelled or otherwise left uncompleted
- if we have not been made aware of the referral before work on a project has begun
- if the referred client doesn't pay the final balance on their invoice
- if we feel a referrer has abused this program in any way, including but not limited to; sending information regarding this program in unsolicited emails, sms or text messages, faxes, phone calls or any other form of spamming; harrassment of individuals or clients associated with Amy De Wolfe Illustration in any way; or any other activity we feel is in conflict with normal moral obligations or associations
- if we cancel this program

Please note that the terms and conditions of the Referral Rewards Program are subject to change from time to time and this offer can be revoked without notice at any time. Amy De Wolfe Illustration is in no way responsible for any potential problems in the collection of currency on your rewards, whether they arise due to third-party theft or fraud, problems with your banking institutions rules and regulations, or issues with your membership with Paypal.
